The 4 Temperaments, Personality Styles and Strategies

God has wired us uniquely. We are distinctly made. We are different in our Attachments, Thinking, Emotions and Values.

This seminar will focus on how we are different in our temperaments. Our “temperament” describes how they interpret and relate to their relationships in their world. Why is it important to understand our differences? How do those who are “wired” differently relate? How do our differences effect our working and home relationships?

This seminar will assist you in:
– Understanding the overall perspectives that make up your temperament
– Defining how your temperament impacts how you communicate
– Identifying why and how your temperament effects how you work through or avoid conflict
– Exploring what you need and value as a person
– Describing how you relate to other temperaments
– Understanding how you like to be led
